Pathway Bible Study 

“Growing in the Word Together”

Join us every Sunday at 9:00 AM for both adult and children’s Sunday School classes as we study Scripture through the Pathway Bible Study series. Our children’s class offers age-appropriate lessons designed to help young learners grow in faith. Together, we explore God’s Word to deepen our faith, strengthen our understanding, and apply biblical truths to everyday life.

Current Study: Unit II: Grace and Reconciliation

Lesson 5 – January 4, 2026: The Wrong Path (1 John 1:5-10; 2:1-6)

  • Key Verse: “If we claim to be without sin, we deceive oursleves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” – (1 John 1: 8-9 ) (NIV)

Lesson 6 – January 11, 2026: A Generous and Forgiving Parent (Luke 15: 11-24; Acts 2:38-39)

  • Key Verse: “This son of mine was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’ So they began to celebrate. (Luke 15:24,) (NIV).

Lesson 7– January 18, 2026: A Time to be Bold; a Time to Be Humble (Genesis 18: 26-27, 30-32; Luke 18:9-14; 1 John 5: 14-15)

  • Key Verse: “I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home justified before God. For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselces will be exalted. (Luke 18: 14) (KJV)

Lesson 8 – January 25, 2026 “If at First You Don’t Succeed, You’re Probably Human (Matthew 4:18-20; 1 John 21: 15-18q; Peter 3: 14-18)

Key Verse: “The third time he said to him, ‘Simon son of John, do you love me? Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time, “Do you love me? He said’Lord you know all things; you know that I love you.” Jesus said ‘Freed my sheep” (John 21:17,NIV)

Lesson 10– February 8, 2026 : Outer Expressions of Inner Truths (Matthew 3: 13-17; 28: 19-20; 1 Corinthians 11: 23-29)

  • Key Verse: “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always to the very end of the age.” (Matthew 28: 19-20, NIV)
